The Process: Bed Tech Bedliner Process text graphic

Bed Tech spray material exhibits high tensile strength, high tear strength, and offers our customers the highest abrasion resistance of any other spray-on bedliner in the industry. Which enables us to offer a limited lifetime warranty against delamination, cracking and peeling under normal use. Bed Tech lining molds to every contour of your vehicle creating a permanent bond to the vehicles painted metal surface allowing for full cargo space usage and non-skid resistance.

The application process typically takes 2-3 hours from start to finish and the spray material is dry to the touch within 6-10 seconds. Bed Tech lining can be sprayed on both new and used vehicles and is a great way to add resale value to your vehicle.

Below are a few pictures showing you the entire step by step Bed Tech Spray-On Bedliner application process.

Step 1: Examine vehicle to be sprayed text graphic

First, we look for any rust or loose paint that may need to be addressed before the application process begins, especially on older used vehicles. Remove any bed or tailgate bolts and remove tailgate from truck box. In the case of most late model Ford and Toyota trucks, in particular, we remove the bed bolts, bed hooks, bed plugs, and the plate on the tailgate as well.

On a clean dry surface the entire vehicle is covered with masking paper and 1 mil plastic to protect the vehicles painted surface from sanding dust and material overspray. A wire trim tape is applied to create a sharp clean edge, no knifes or razor blades will be used during the de-masking process.
